Hospice Friends 25th Annual Tree of Love

Dear Friends, Will you be one of 7000 people to bring light into people’s darkness this year? Hospice Friends is hosting our 25th annual Tree of Love Remembrance Celebration to show our unconditional love and unity with our community. We respectfully request your support to honor those we lost last year. Families who want to remember a loved one for 2020 Tree of Love The Tree of Love event is our way of providing time for people who have lost a loved one to come together combining tradition and an online format. It will be in February, the month of Love, because this can be a difficult month after a loss. There will be one Tree of Love Event Online on Friday, February 26th, 7 p.m. with a link on the website www.Hospice-Friends.org. If you would like to honor your loved one, please provide a picture (preferably one that does not need to be returned) with their Full Name, Date of Birth (DOB), and Date of Departure (DOD) by February 12th, 2021. We will read the names of those remembered. To honor our tradition, we will light the Tree as a symbol of all the loved ones that have passed and light a candle, too. When we make the announcement during the event please participate with us by lighting a candle at your location and send your pictures to director@hospice-friends.org the night of the event. We will post these on our website and social media to show our love and unity. People/Businesses interested in Sponsoring Hospice Friends 2020 Tree of Love We are looking for 7000 people in the community to do a one-time donation of $25. We understand that for some people this is not possible while others may be able to do more; whichever your situation, your help is greatly appreciated! This will ensure we are fully funded for this year and able to continue our mission to provide services free of charge to the terminally ill, the frail elderly, those with a chronic medical condition, and those with a short-term medical need in Kittitas County. We have enclosed the sponsorship form for you to send with a check to Hospice Friends. We request commitment from our sponsors by February 12th, 2021, to ensure adequate time for recognitions for sponsors in the program, on our website Sponsorship page, and for the Business Sponsorship banner, displayed at the event. Thank you posts to sponsors will be on social media, as well. After the event, the Sponsorship Banner will be displayed in our office throughout the year.
