Imani Winds at Central Washington University
CWU brings Imani Winds to Ellensburg as part of its Performing Arts and Presidential Speaker Series. This Grammy Award-nominated American wind quintet is known for its adventurous programming that fuses African, Latin American, European, and American influences. Imani Winds has carved out a distinct presence in the classical music world with its dynamic and culturally poignant programming, genre-blurring collaborations, and inspirational outreach programs since 1997.
