The Kittitas Environmental Education Network (KEEN) invites the communitiy for an exploration of the science of nighttime. This event is for learners of all ages. There will be educational and entertaining booths set up in the lobby of Black Hall on the CWU campus. More than 250 children and adults typically attend, and the main attraction is the Bubble Planetarium. The focus will be on astronomy, science, and the environment.Past activities have included: guided tours of the constellations in the planetarium, story telling and art projects, fun nature at night experiments, frost a star and pet a flying squirrel, educational materials to take home, and more.
