Kittitas Valley Physical Therapy Ski Fitness Workshop
Kittitas Valley Physical Therapy invites you to our first annual free ski fitness workshop. Learn how to prepare your body with stretches and strengthening exercises from our staff and about injuries associated with skiing from Dr. Anthony Longo. Mountain High Sports will provide proper fitting tips for skis and boots. All snowriders ages 12 and up are welcome! Numerous door prizes! Only 50 seats available.
