Memory Care Support Group

We all need some help or support along the way. Let us help you with the "Puzzle Pieces of Life!" A Memory Care Support Group will be meeting the third Tuesday of every month at Hearthstone Cottage Retirement Community. This group is for family, friends, residential facility staff, mental health professionals and/or anyone who is caring for those affected by alzheimers or other dementia's. The group is facilitated by Mandy Trujillo from the State Alzheimer's Association and Alzheimer State Certified Care Manager Loretta Bushbaum
