Join in commemorating Holocaust Remembrance Week and experience music composed by some of the most gifted victims of Nazi persecution. This ?Farewell, Auschwitz? concert at CWU includes the works of composers who either honor Holocaust survivors and victims, or were affected by the Holocaust themselves. This concert will feature poems written in the Auschwitz concentration camp put to music and chamber music written by prisoners of WWII Jewish ghettos. Don?t miss this powerful event Monday, April 21 at 6:30 p.m. in the Jerilyn S. McIntyre Music Building Concert Hall. Admission is free, and everyone is welcome to attend.
