OPEN HOUSE @ AWAKENING BODYMINDSPIRIT
Come enjoy a day of relaxation and fun with Lydia and Ashley Rowan and Carolyn Brunk and April Sheeley. There will be chair massage, reiki, yoga, and chi-gong demonstrations. There will be two chances to win a 30 minute massage, even free refreshments. Lots of information and discussion about pain and stress relief. Counselling and hypnotherapy services will also be discussed.
