Supervisory Training

Back by popular demand is the two-day supervisory training course with Diana Welch. Diana designs this course to improve performance and communication skills as well as increase productivity and morals.

This highly interactive class teaches specific skills to become a more effective supervisor. Diana uses group exercises and practice to drive home the ideas introduced in the coursework.

When: 2 full day sessions, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Session 101: Thursday, August 2
Session 102: Thursday, August 9
