With over 30 years of experience in the field, she is particularly known for her sense of humor in teaching, facilitating, and consulting about the ups and down of nonprofit cultural management. In addition to her passion for the arts, Bidwell is dedicated to small dog rescue and placement and owns a small sewing/design business. A former professional actress and costume designer she now enjoys being an arts dilettante and patron. She holds degrees from Hastings College and Western State College of Colorado.
