Unheard Voices: POW/MIA
This quarter the Center for Leadership and Community Engagement?s (CLCE) Unheard Voices event will bring awareness to the sacrifices made by service men and women who have been either listed as Prisoners of War (POW) or Missing in Action (MIA). The program will be held Mar. 3 in the Student Union and Recreation Center (SURC) Pit from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Musical performances by Jacob Kelley, Purple Jazz Central and Jan Jaffe will be featured, as well as informational presentations and a missing man ceremony by the Army Reserve Officers' Training Corps (AROTC) and Air Force Reserve Officers' Training Corps (AFROTC). Faculty Director of the CWU SALUTE chapter, an organization for American military and veterans in higher education, and Associate Professor of Psychology Dr. Ralf Greenwald will also speak.
