Looking for a one-stop holiday shop? Look no further than the 39th annual Ware Fair, CWU's annual arts and craft bazaar. Come explore the variety of vendors? handmade wares Thursday, Dec. 4 and Friday, Dec. 5 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 6 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on both floors of the CWU Student Union Building. Each year, shoppers come from far and wide to check out the hand-made delights and seasonal festivities at this free event. For 39 years, Ware Fair has brought only the best hand-made crafts and wares to the CWU campus, from almond roca and fudge to ceramics and scarves. With over 50 artists from the Northwest, each year brings something a little bit different. All vendors must pass a jury process to ensure that every item sold, from food to quilts, is of high quality and not mass-produced. There will be an information booth as well as a vendor directory, so attendees can easily find their way through the fair. Holiday music will round out the festive atmosphere. This year, the lineup includes singers from CWU?s Theatre Arts department who will be caroling throughout the building, a pianist who will be performing a variety of holiday tunes, and the always-popular singer-songwriter Eric E.
