Who Wants to Be a Pioneer?
The Kittitas County Historical Museum will be hosting its annual summer event, ?Who Wants to Be a Pioneer?? Saturday, July 25th, 2009 from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The event is designed to actively engage Museum visitors in the experience of learning about early pioneer life in the Kittitas Valley during the late 19th and early 20th Centuries. The event was a huge success last year. Well over two-hundred people attended and enjoyed home-made ice cream, Dutch Oven cooking, and a wide variety of pioneer games, music, and demonstrations. This year, we will also offer a covered wagon ride!
