WindFall Cider Fest - CIDER SCHOOL
Cider School is an added element to the WindFall Ciderfest and Bluegrass. WSU's Master Cidermaker and educator Bri Ewing will present the history, theory, practice and a guided tasting of regional hard cider, before the taps open to the public and the music starts.
