Director of Economic Advancement

Join the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce team! We’re looking for a passionate and strategic leader to fill our Director of Economic Advancement role starting January 2025.
 
Position Details:
Status: Full-Time / Salaried / Exempt
Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 (DOE)
Department: Economic Development
Reports To: President/CEO
 
Summary:
The Director of Economic Advancement will plan, advise, and oversee economic development functions while working closely with all departments of the Chamber. This role includes overseeing the county's Associated Development Organization duties under the Washington State Department of Commerce guidelines.

✔ Strong understanding of business growth and development opportunities in Kittitas County
✔ Excellent public relations and communication skills
✔ Leadership in designing and implementing economic initiatives
