XO Alambic Smiths & Artisans announces ROBBER'S ROOST RYE, which has been released today, 19 December 2025! 

ROBBER'S ROOST RYE, a much-anticipated eleven-year-old whisky, was made from Washington rye and bottled without filtration, at frontier strength, from a single cask on 5 December 2025.  After bottling, it was labelled, numbered, and sealed with beeswax ~ all by hand.  This new whisky commemorates Robber's Roost as a trading post and early settlement in Washington Territory, which was later named Ellensburgh in 1872. 

Only available in Washington, this limited-release whisky is sold exclusively at the distillery or through its web store at https://www.xoalambic.com/product-page/robber-s-roost-rye. It is posted at $200.00 per 375ml bottle, inclusive of all federal and state taxes.
