The Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce is proud to invite you to participate as a vendor in our 13th Annual Mountain Ale Festival on October 17, 2026. This registration is intended to explain what we provide and what you, as a vendor will need to provide as well as serve as an agreement.
Mountain Ale Festival Information
Experience fall in historic downtown Roslyn at the annual Roslyn Mountain Ale Festival. More than a beer festival, this walkable event brings together Pacific Northwest craft beer, live music, food, vendors, shopping, guided tours, and unique downtown experiences. Explore brewery-hosted locations throughout town and experience mountain-town hospitality along the way. This one-of-a-kind fall event brings together the best of craft beer, community, and mountain-town charm for an unforgettable day in Roslyn.
- 10+ Breweries (Wineries and Cideries welcome on a limited basis)
- Set in historic downtown Roslyn
- Estimated up to 300 attendees
- 4 hours (1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
- Live music at Roslyn Yard
- Food by vendors & downtown businesses
- And did we mention, BEER!
We provide:
- A space outside for your booth
- Estimated 300 guests who attend
- An assignment where you will be located
- Here's a checklists of items should expect to bring / prepare for:
- Permits and Documentation:
- health permits (for food vendors)
- business license
- proof of insurance
- Equipment
- tent
- tables for setup and display
- trash bins / bags for waste disposal
- Power
- If you need power, bring a generator
- Post-Event Clean up
- Vendors are responsible for leaving their space to its original condition, including the removal of all trash.
- Permits and Documentation:
- Vendors need to check in by 11:00 a.m. at Mountain Ale Festival Headquarters (Roslyn Yard) once checked in, we will direct you to your spot.
- Vendors need to be ready to start selling to attendees at 12:00 p.m., with the Festival aspect starting at 1:00 p.m.
- Vendors must remain setup for the entire duration of the event
Either party reserves the right to cancel their participation in the event up to 30 days before the scheduled event date without penalty due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, government orders or restrictions, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events.
