Strengthen your resiliency and mindfulness in this one-hour session with Kittitas Valley Healthcare's Anita Schiltz, ARNP.
Tips from this session will help:
-improve your well-being and resiliency from stress and anxiety
-skillfully meet difficult emotions and beliefs in daily life
-access an inner resource of well-being, ease, security and peace.
To create a quiet and comfortable space you should consider bringing:
-yoga mat
-blanket (or other comfort items)
-pillow
-eye covering (sunglasses or sleep mask)
-comfortable clothing
